Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before completing your sports competition registration.
SPREETIME SPORTS believes in helping its customers as far as possible
and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. The following
terms apply to competition registrations.

Cancellation Requests
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of completing the registration. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the registration has already been processed or the participant has been confirmed for the competition.

Registration Deadline
SPREETIME SPORTS may not accept cancellation requests after the registration deadline or once the competition registration has been finalized.

Technical or Duplicate Registration
In case of any technical issue, duplicate registration, or incorrect registration, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of completing the registration. The request will be reviewed and an appropriate decision will be taken.

Incorrect Registration Details
If you feel that there is an issue with your registration or the registration details are not reflected correctly on the website, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within 24 hours of completing the registration.

Registration Fees
Registration fees may be non-refundable once the participant's registration has been confirmed, except where a refund is specifically approved by SPREETIME SPORTS.

Refund Processing
In case any refund is approved by SPREETIME SPORTS, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the registered payment method.
